Showcasing 3200 rarely seen works of art and the specialists who restore and conserve them.

For the Luce Foundation Center, Academy Studios designed multiple ways to access the art, from simple graphic wayfinding to a complex interactive touchscreen kiosk that allows visitors to look up information on any piece of art in the Center. The installations encourage browsing or serious study, and provide clues to how America evolved into our society today. At the Lunder Center, special installations describe some of the common art conservation challenges and some of the techniques used to solve those issues. The Center culminates in a 40-foot-long media wall that weaves together interviews with more than 35 conservators across the US, video, and dramatic lighting.
